Denomination of controlled origin
Obtained from a white
wine-making of grapes of Cortese variety.
Wine of clear pale yellow colour, sometimes verging to light green.
Characteristic, delicate, light but persistent perfume.
Fresh taste, well-balanced, dry and pleasantly bitter.
Excellent aperitif, it matches with first courses, fish and egg dishes, soft and
young cheeses.
To be served at a temperature between 10° and 12° C.
Alcoholic content 11,5% vol.
