Denomination of controlled origin

This is the first wine from the just-harvested grapes. 
Obtained from the wine-making with the carbonic maceration classical method of our grapes of Dolcetto variety. 
We want to bring out the very first youth obtaining  a fresh and fruity aroma wine.
Excellent aperitif, it matches with all courses from appetizer to fruit. 
To be served at room temperature between 12° and 14° C. 
Alcoholic content 12% vol.
