Obtained  from the wine-making of grapes of Cortese and other white varieties cultivated in vineyards outside the Doc region. 
Pale yellow colour.
Typical, intense and pleasant aroma. Fresh and dry taste. 
Wine of good structure, links with appetizers,  white meats and cheeses. 
To be served at room temperature between 10° and 12° C. 
Alcoholic content 11% vol.
